Create Spots

To create your first spot tap the plus button. You will first be asked to choose the location of your spot. Then add up to 5 photos (3 for non-Premium), a name, a description, tags, visibility, and you can save the spot to an existing playlist. All spots require at least one image and a name. All spots can be edited or deleted, both public spots and local spots. And all local spots are saved to your iCloud account, meaning you can download My Spot on another device (that is signed in to the same iCloud account) and all your spots will be synced across devices and backed up to your personal iCloud storage.

View Spots in Detail

Starting from the top, there is a map button to view the spot on a map and a share button where you can share a link to the spot, the spot images, generate a QR code, save the link to an NFC chip, save an event, or share directions. Below the images is an edit or download button depending on if you own the spot. Then the header contains extra information about the spot with tags that can be tapped to search for similar spots. Next is the account who created the spot then a list of button actions that include: boost your spot, lock your spot with face ID, comments, weather, bookmark, or add to a playlist.
